Productivity drives profitability

“But I don’t have time.” “I have too much to do.”” I am too busy.”

The underlying belief seems to be – being busy means I am important, and, successful people are driven and therefore busy. Maybe?

Is you being busy getting the results you want? In business is you being busy making it scalable?

If you have no space and no time either mentally, physically, emotionally or financially then you don’t have room to do or think differently. You have no space to grow. You’ve heard the definition of insanity.

If you want to grow and have a greater impact something needs to change. Doing more is not the answer. Do less, do what is essential, narrow your focus. What’s the one thing you can do that by doing it everything else becomes easier or unnecessary? What do you need to say NO to?

By the way…individual productivity, focusing on higher priority, higher value activity drives profitability. Not doing more of everything. So, what’s your domino?
