Small agile teams can move closer to the action and respond in real time. They can become self managing in the right environment.

When people are engaged and operating through their strengths they are happier, healthier and more productive. Being part of a great team and culture changes everything. It does not happen by accident. It happens by design and consistent intent. This changes how we hire, manage and lead teams. It changes how we work.
